Delivery
We want you to be delighted with all parts of our service and our aim is to get your goods to you as quickly as possible - you have paid for them after all! Here's how:
~we will deliver them using first class mail.
~ you should receive your goods within 3-5 working days, however, where we have your complete order in stock we will aim to get it out to you within 24 hours, if not sooner.
~ items which need to be pre-ordered will normally a take a further 48 hours to be received by us. Orders containing both stocked and pre-order items will be sent out together.
~if there should be a delay for any reason we will advise you of this promptly.
~should there be an unreasonable delay (ie. over 4 days) in compiling your complete order we will forward on what we have and will send the outstanding goods as soon as they arrive back in stock. You will only be charged once for delivery.
~ if we fail to meet our delivery terms of 3-5 working days we will refund you your postage and packaging costs.
We will also email you as your goods are posted out so you know when to expect them.
Next Day Delivery, £9.00
We now offer this service guaranteed to arrive before 1pm the next working day. Please note that a signature is required.
It is also worth noting that goods ordered marked with 'P' means they are due in stock imminently but are not yet in stock. We will therefore be unable to get these items to you the next working day. Also, when you opt for this service at the weekend please note that as most Post Offices close early on Saturdays we are unable to process your order until the Monday, excluding Bank Holidays; consequently it will be a guaranteed for a Tuesday delivery.

boxed, tissue wrapped and beautifully sealed! (All items can all be recycled.)

Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with you goods. If, however, you are not, please follow these guidelines for a no quibble refund:
~ you must let us know which items(s) you wish to return within one week of delivery, by emailing us at enquiries@fit2bseen.co.uk
~ we will issue you with a returns number which you must add to your completed returns form and enclose with your goods.
~ your goods must be returned to us within 2 weeks of you receiving them otherwise you may not be refunded.
~ all goods returned to us must be refolded in their original packaging, have labels intact and be unworn, ie. without marks, eg deoderant, make-up, sweat, carpet fluff etc and not smelling of perfume, smoke etc.
~ we highly recommend that you obtain a certificate of postage from the Post Office as we cannot take responsibility for goods not received by us
~ you will be given the option of a full refund, a credit note or an exchange of item(s), which ever you prefer.
~ refunds will be paid promptly, usually within 24 hours of receiving your goods back.
Payment
You may pay by Paypal, cheque or card:
~ Cheque - please make cheques payable to 'Fit2bseen' and send to us at Fit2bseen, Hillside, Sawyers Hill, Minety, Wiltshire, SN16 9QL. Simply drop us an email of what you wish to order so we can set your goods to one side for you. Please be aware that we are unable to send out your goods until your cheque has cleared.
~ Paypal / card:
We accept on-line payment via Paypal which requires your credit or debit card or you can also pay on-line using any of these.

When you make a fit2bseen purchase of £100 or more with fit2bseen you will be entitled to one free personal trainer session to the value of £50 with Angela Lockwood, qualified personal trainer in Oxford. The following terms apply:
~ The offer applies to a purchase made by the customer and not returned
~ This offer is limited to one free personal training session per customer
~ This offer is to be redeemed within 3 months of the purchase date
~ The offer is available currently to customers living in or based in Oxford
~ The session with Angela will be in Oxford at a mutually convenient time
