Just wanted to drop you a line to thank you and your team for what I can only describe as a brilliant service. My second order from you arrived yesterday and everything in it is simply perfect. My first order which was a Christmas present for my mother was made totally stress free by the lovely and well informed online personal shopper! I have already recommended your site to a couple of friends and wouldn’t hesitate to do the same time and again.

Just to thank you so much for all your help and efficiency in choosing the
correct pair of yoga/gym pants.  The customer service is impeccable.  Being 6'1" with long legs, I struggle to find gym pants, long enough, which have a bit of style, keep their shape and comfortable.  Having emailed the team at Fit2bseen prior to placing an order I
had a fast response about the best pairs to buy for the longer leg.......
........On ordering the selected pair on the Thursday afternoon, they were on my door step

I've just received my first order and I'm delighted.  I liked the positive e-mails letting me know each step of the process and appreciated the efficient service - several days faster than competitor websites.  The clothes are good quality and versatile - the Ronhill loose fitting capri pants and powerlite tee will be ideal leisurewear for my travels as well as for the gym. 
I'm also pleased that all the packaging can be recycled! I'll be back for more soon.

I was delighted with the service that I received, especially the courteous emails informing me of the status of the delivery etc.  One of the problems that I have encountered with other websites is that once the order is placed, there is no communication until the goods arrive, and no indication of stock availability. Ronhill loose fit capris, round neck T and tank
I bought the Ronhill black running tank, with blue piping, as well as the
matching Ronhill Capri's, and I wore them to the gym for the first time
yesterday.  It was fab.  I felt really good in the outfit, which made me
feel good about facing the workout - ok so it is psychological, but it
worked.  But on a practical level it was just brilliant.  The outfit was
comfortable, easy to move in, didn't ride up anywhere and, all in all,
it was perfect.

I also bought the matching turquoise T shirt, which I wore to train my
clients in on Friday (I'm a Personal Trainer), and got so many admiring
comments in it, I have encouraged them to take a look at the site

The Sarah Top
Well, maybe you'd think I'd be biased having a top named after me but I
have to say that I'm genuinely delighted with it!  The straps were a
little challenging but well worth the minor effort involved! It's been
worn in the gym and for body conditioning. I feel comfortable as the
fabric is fabulously soft and breathable, I also feel contained as it
has light built in support so perfect for low impact workouts. The
turquoise is a gorgeous colour and would look equally good for a

I loved the web site, and kind of got there by accident as I was only going to
enter the competition in the Women's fitness magazine, and whoops, I'm
on your website and have bought 2 items!!  I found it easy to navigate around, and find what I wanted. I was very impressed that you had sports bra's in my size...... that's why I bought 2! (Claire) 


I love the website - easy navigation, bright images, a good selection of manufacturers. I would really like to see Rohnisch products on the site, as they are fantastic but difficult to buy online. Also, a bigger selection of underwear. A big plus is the ability to pay via PAYPAL, as it is very secure and enables a smooth and speedy transaction. (Zarah)

I didn't realise you had several pages of clothes under each section as I haven't been scrolling down to see the page 2/3/4 link at the bottom.  I'm sure I'm not the only one to have missed this so perhaps you should make it more prominent. (Sasha)
Thanks so much for this Sasha, we use large screens in designing the pages so didn't notice that.  The links have now been placed at the top of the page above the clothes so it's properly visible.

My only negative is that I'd like to see images of the items actually on people.  The leggins / bottoms are quite hard to see to their full potential when I couldn't see how long they are.... I would be much more likely to buy the 'Medium Waist Capri' for example, as I can see exactly what they are like...... I can really see your point about showing them on the model. Some of them do, eg the Ronhill products when you click on the 'product colour and detail' button but I do agree that there are not enough of them. We tend to use the images supplied but we must make a point of including models where we can....watch this space!!  Many thanks!

Your site is very good, and I like the descriptions of items - the longer the better, and personal references are good too.  I would prefer to have rear view photos of all your items. The figleaves website is very good at this; showing all aspects. Full description of fabric materials used is also appreciated, so that I can get more of an idea of exactly what 
things are made of therefore how they'll look/feel. (Gill)
There is a bit of a reoccurring theme here regarding our images so we'll get onto that.    We use the supplier's photos but will now start to supplement them with some of our own.  Many thanks for the feedback!

 
When you click on 'more pictures and colours' the picture isn't enhanced or enlarged - need better examples of alternative views. (Val)
