Q: Can I pay for goods by cheque or cash?
A: You can pay by cheque but not cash. Our preferred method of payment is through paypal but if you wish to pay by cheque please make it payable to 'Fit2bseen' and send it to

Q: I'm having problems using Paypal - how else can I pay?
A: Problems can occur with paypal sometimes if you've forgotten your password or it won't accept your card number. Not to worry, you can still go through the process and opt to pay by credit card rather than paypal. Alternatively, drop us a quick email or phone us (0844 669 7134) and we can invoice you electronically - no problem!
Q: How do I return goods if they're not right?
A: Please follow our detailed instructions under 'terms of business' at the bottom of the homepage for our no quibble returns policy.
Q: What if I buy a Christmas present and it's not quite right?
A: No problem at all. We have an extended return date of Fri 9th Jan 09 so as long as you return any goods purchased during December back to us by then we can arrange to give you a refund, credit note or an exchange, which ever you prefer.
Q: What if I need to contact someone about my order or a query I have?
A: You can either email us 24/7 at enquiries@fit2bseen.co.uk where we will aim to respond to you within 24 hours, but usually within 1-2 hours, OR, you can phone us on 0844 669 7134 during normal office hours (Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm).
Q: The item I wish to order is not currently in stock. How long will it take to arrive and what are my options?
A: Items marked X are not in stock and items marked N are not available in that size, however, there are a couple of other options:
(i) if we expect to receive an item within the few days we will mark it with a 'P' for pre-order. This means that you can pay for the item now and although it's not currently in stock, it is due in imminently and so it is most likely that we will still be able to get it out to you within the delivery timescales of 3 - 5 working days.
(ii) where we have stock on order you'll see a note, by the size button, stating either a 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks wait. This will give you an indication as to when that size is due in. You won't be able to pre order this item so can either check back regularly to ensure you don't miss it, or, even better, drop us an email and let us know what you're waiting for and in what size. We'll let you know as soon as it arrives and will pop it to one side for you. Happy to help!
